I work for a small non-profit. There are 3 of us computer-types here having to do the work of an IT department
(and Archaeologist - nothing documented) but not really having that level of expertise. I am a SCM trainer acting as a DBA. The other 2 guys are graphics types.

Our boss thinks everything done in a computer is simple and generic. Anyone can fix them! (Bless her ...)
Doesn't understand computer skills are as diverse as Brain Surgeon vs Podiatrist! Makes life interesting.

Welcome to BC
Sounds like an interesting job.
Where do you work, if I may ask? Just curious, since I'm from there also.

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
