It's a Service Pack to the .NET 3.0 Framework. It won't install if you don't have Framework 3.0 installed. You can check it in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Some programs may need this version installed to run correctly.

A service pack is a collection of updates that include patches for software work arounds and security updates to protect your computer.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
