Hello heineckenguy and welcome to BleepingComputer.

Your log shows that you are seriously behind on windows updates. It is essential that you update your operating system as otherwise any infections we remove could reoccur. After we get you all cleaned up, be sure to go to Windows Update and if it asks to install software, allow it to do so. Install the offered Critical and Security updates, reboot as requested and return until you have installed all available Critical and Security updates.

Open the Control Panel then double click on Add/Remove Programs. Look for the following and uninstall them if found:

- VBouncer
- VirtualBouncer
- Viewpoint Toolbar <--Optional, see http://ask-leo.com/viewmgrexe.html
- Viewpoint Manager <--Optional, see http://ask-leo.com/viewmgrexe.html

Configure Windows to enable viewing of Hidden and System files.

Start HJT and click on the SCAN button. Put a check mark in front of the following lines if they still show:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O2 - BHO: WinStat - {0A51FD8D-6835-4212-B796-AFC24F4D108A} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinStat10.dll
O2 - BHO: SDWin32 Class - {1F88697F-E433-4FD0-AA23-3E813960B976} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ifcbu.dll (file missing)

O3 - Toolbar: Viewpoint Toolbar - {F8AD5AA5-D966-4667-9DAF-2561D68B2012} - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBar.dll <-- ViewPoint Toolbar, Optional removal

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VBouncer] C:\PROGRA~1\VBouncer\VirtualBouncer.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xp_system] C:\WINDOWS\inetm\services.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pjycfw] C:\WINDOWS\System32\pjycfw.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Jo23RfMsj] dusml2.exe

O8 - Extra context menu item: &Viewpoint Search - res://C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBar.dll/CXTSEARCH.HTML <-- ViewPoint Toolbar, Optional Removal

O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.neededware.com

O16 - DPF: NDWCab - http://www.neededware.com/ndw.cab

With ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, click on Fix Checked.

Open Windows Explorer (Windows key+e), navigate to and delete the following files and folders (Don't be concerned if they can not be found):

C:\WINDOWS\inetm\services.exe <--Files
C:\WINDOWS\System32\WinStat10.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ifcbu.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\pjycfw.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dusml2.exe

C:\PROGRA~1\VBouncer\ <--Folders
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\ <--Viewpoint, Optional

If any of these resist being deleted, boot into Safe Mode and try from there.

Reboot and post a fresh HJT log.

For some reason, ive tryed to update my windows, but it says the key isnt valid, and i know for a fact that it is a Valid key because I bought it from the store.

An unpatched WindowsXP system is full of security holes. It would be in your best interest to get that problem solved. You may need to discuss it directly with MicroSoft.

Some info on how to check if you have a legitimate copy of windows at http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/ww/default.mspx

Download LSPFix and unzip into it's own folder.
- Disconnect from the Internet and close all Internet Explorer Windows.
- Run LSPFix.
- Simply click on Finish.

Reboot into Safe Mode.

Start HJT and click on the SCAN button. Put a check mark in front of the following lines if they still show:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pjycfw] C:\WINDOWS\System32\pjycfw.exe
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.neededware.com

With ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, click on Fix Checked.

Open Windows Explorer (Windows key+e), navigate to and delete the following files and folders (Don't be concerned if they can not be found):

C:\WINDOWS\System32\pjycfw.exe

Reboot normally and post a fresh log. How are things running?

Before you posted your last reply, I downloaded a program i used to use on other computer called "The Cleaner". I ran that and got rid of a Trojan called, "Beast" which by their defintion is a backdoor program that allows people to control your computer. I ran in safe mode and did everything you asked, and I hope its working well now. Well see in the next day or so if it is working as well as it can at this point.

Here is my latest log - TCA and TCM are part of The Cleaner

Log looks clean...great job!

Keep HijackThis along with it's backup folder for a bit just in case there arises a need for the backup files it has created. The rest of the tools we downloaded and files we created can be uninstalled or deleted. If we have enabled viewing of Hidden and System files, go back and re-hide these files.

Thank you for all the help, I also fixed the biggest problem. My monitor would just go on standby by itself. Turns out the video card got a little loose. So I pulled it out and cleaned it off a little and made sure all the cords were tight. Ive ran a few games and tested it out and it seems to be working fine. Thank you for the help and ill be back in the next week for my other computer just for a quick check up.
