Is there any way to recover a lost user and password for a westell 327w verizon modem / router combo? This is my router at work, it was not set up by me and the usual admin and password combo doesn't work. I'm trying to get this this to accept a wireless connection for my laptops. The network is there, i can see the network name on my laptop, but it will not allow me to connect. The wired portion of the router and modem works fine.

Hi,

Welcome to BC. Did you try username:admin and password:password or else

Try this

user id: your verizon.net user id
password: your verizon.net password

Cheers.

LIFE is so simple, if you know the reason of your existence at certain place. Treat every step as first one and trust god, friends, relatives and everyone.

Its a simple magic trick given to me by one friend also and I am at this stage  :love4u:

Try leaving the username blank, and entering admin as the password.
