I could not find the equivalent of the IE Links section in Firefox. Is there such a thing?

If you are referring to Bookmarks they are there. There is a Bookmark Toolbar.

No, in IE there is a Links section, which is a toolbar below File/Edit/favorites/Tolls/Help where you can place links that you access most often. It is very handy in IE. Just wondering if I can do the same in Firefox.

There is a Navigation bar, I suppose that is what it is used for. I don't use it and never have.

Bookmarks tool bar for most often used sites?

See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Customizing+Firefox click the View menu item, then go to the Toolbars sub-menu, and select Customize...,

I think thats what you're looking for, although I don't use Firefox either. Hope that helps.
