Hello and thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer

I have followed the instructions about using Malwarebytes to remover Perfect Defender 2009

Everything went fine. The infected files were indentified and listed and I clicked on the " Remove Selected"

A message then appeared saying that a report was being sent to Malwarebyte and at that stage everything stopped and I havent been able to complete the removal process.

Can anyone advise how I get around this problem ?( No other applications were open. I'm using Windows XP )

Many thanks,

Jiles
