Good Morning,

One of my users has the Anti-virus 2009 virus. I came here to look up the sure and followed the instructions. I downloaded Malwarebytes and ran the program. about 15 seconds into the scan it bombs out with the following error:

Run-time error '9':
subscript out of range.
I am assuming that it is the virus that is causing this. (although I could be wrong)

Anyone know how I can fix this issue?

Thank You,
Auroara

Well I was able to figure it out and successfully remove the virus.

I took me downloading a different spyware, SUPERAntiSpyware, and running that spyware removal. Once that removed 28 infected files I was able to successfully run Malware and removed 7 more viruses.

Thanks,
Auroara

Thanks for telling us Auroara.
