Ive deleted the Search Assistant

Hi I have XP home and I deleted a folder some months ago now and the Search Assistant no longer is working
I need a list of files plus directory structure to restore the "Search Assistant" files from cd
I think it starts in a folder surchasnt under windows but not to sure now

I have some errors, but atm cant find my cd I have the I386 folder on though
I will have to find the cd
