I just joined Bleeping Computer, was asked to introduce myself. Prior to actively retiring (an oxymoron) a couple years ago I worked in the IT field as a people manager and prior to that a computer manager. I got my start with Digital Equipment Corp. VAX systems about 30 years ago. Love those machines. I've worked with Netware, Microsoft, Unix, AIX, you name it. The place I was working initated a move to migrate from Novell eDir to MS AD, so I bailed.
Nuff said.
I'm looking forward to actively participating in the forums, with the hopes of picking a few of your brains. I hope I can contribute as well.
