Hey guys! I have a problem with tuneup utilities 2009. The problem is that whenever I open tuneup, a white splash screen appears. I went to the tuneup uninstaller and repaired it from there. But after a month, the screen is back. I even minimized it,restarted my computer as well as the application. I can just go again to the uninstaller and fix it from there. But I can't keep doing that forever. So can someone please help me out?!!!!!!

THANKS

Basically when tuneup utilities 2009 boots, the window just turns white. I tdidn't used to happen but now it is. I don't have any viruses or spyware on my computer. I cleaned up everyone of them. So really it would be the same tuneup window but totally white. It's no error that has anything written on it. It's just the same tuneup window, which when booted, is completely white.

I've never encountered a totally white screen when using Tuneup Utilities.
IF we are on the same page, and this is the program http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/

are you using the 30 day trial?

Instead of a repair, have you uninstalled and reinstalled? Have your license key ready, because you may have to enter it after an install.
If you still have problems, you may need to contact Tuneup Utlilities.
