Change in Log-on Dynamics

All I did was install a PCI wireless adapter card, and when I powered my computer back up, I got a different log-on screen than I had prior to installation. What caused this, and how do I change it back?

Different how?

Can you describe or post the actual screen you now get? How does this screen differ from your former screen?
