Hello everyone!

I work in IT and I've always had a passion for removing spyware and adware. I know that's wierd but I know I am in good company here =)

I can do intermediate infections that don't work too hard to reinfect as you're removing them. Increasingly the malware I deal with is extremely resilient and beyond my ability to clean. To help remedy this I have created my own virtual machine to purposely infect myself. However, it's harder than I thought to actually get infected with stuff. You can't just google "how to get infected" =)

I'm applying to the HijackThis training program so I can learn more.

Have you looked at Sandboxie?
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook

Yep, I used to use that but I find I like full virtualization better.

Thanks =)
