Hi All,

I own a business computer services company in Michigan. I've decided to join some of the more popular websites in order to gain access to minds that are smarter than mine (which are most of them). I'd appreciate any pointers you might have on maximizing the usefulness of this forum so that I don't waste anyone's time unnecessarily.

My areas of interest are in debugging Windows-based computing issues, such as slowness, crashes, viruses and hardware failures. I have a background in both software and hardware engineering so understand computers pretty well, still, there's a lot to learn!

Thanks!
Kevin
