I have Windows Live OneCare installed on my computer.. but I'm confused as to what it provides other than firewall and antivirus.. does it have antispyware/malware too?

Or should I download some other free software to do those things as well as OneCare?

Thanks. So there's no need to download any other extra software? Or what would people recommend to use with OneCare.
