Hi Guys,

Every single time I use a Windows application I get the "windows has encountered a problem" popup. Half the time it's followed by Dr Watson and when this happens everything just freezes.

I tried a repair install but it didn't solve the issue. I have had issues with Windefender recently but thought I'd fixed that, so I don't know if this is related.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks,

Dean

Hi Mark,
Dr. Watson hasn't popped up for a while so I don't know. Do you need information from the general "Windows has encountered a problem" box?
thanks,
Dean
