I have XP and I need a copy of ProPlus MSI - apparently it's not on any of my disks.

are you getting an error message when installing ??
if i remember correctly the proplus.msi is a office file so it wouldnt be on an xp disk but on the office disks instead.

Is this message coming up after installing sp3 successfully and trying to open office ??
