It's a Compaq Digital Hinote vp-xxx
xxx being part of the model that you need to find
It's possible the games he's trying to install are not compatible with an old machine. I doubt if it has much memory

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
