How do I paste an image from the Snipping Tool

I just used the snipping tool to capture a window.
I then hit edit and copy but am unable to get this image into this forum.

What do I need to do

Ok...

Do you see the attachment window? Put the image into the attachment window, and press UPLOAD. You should have a downloadable image link on your post.
