I have been getting a message that my virtual memory is too low and that I am missing a paging file. What do I do?

Start>Control Panel>System>Advanced>Performance>Settings>Advanced>Virtual Memory>Change

Change the Initial and Maximum to the recommended number.

That should fix your problem.
