window font changes to wingdings

I am trying to help fix a problem with my aunts computer
the secondary windows that come up are all comming up in the wingding font instead of english . how do i change this back to english? I need to know asap as i am leaving in the morning thanks

For Win XP

Click on Start > Controll Pannel > Appearance and Themes > Display Properties
Then click on > Appearance Tab > Advanced box > Active Window box "Selected".

Set the font, size and color etc in the bottom box.

The only easy day was yesterday.
