can any one give a good name of spyware or antivirus that i can use

1. Avast
2. Spybot S&D
3. Malwarebytes
4. SpywareBlaster

You could replace SpyBot with MBam as it's detectionn rate is better.

I would recommend for spyware you use;
1st= Superantispyware.
2nd=Malwarebytes.
3rd= A2
I have these as on demand scanners and use them on a rota basis and in my experience are best at what they do in the above order.

I would also say to install a program called SpywareBlaster and use Mozilla Firefox as your main browser with the addition of the NoScript and Ad-Block Plus add-ons.

For an antivirus I think Avira Antivir is a very good choice.

I used to use Avira but being a long time Comodo Firewall user have gone over to their Comodo Internet Security Suite which is a Firewall - Defence+ - Antivirus all in one program.

You should also have a Firewall installed if you don't already.

BitDefender (there's a free version)

Anti-spyware:
