I have 2 PCs next to each other. Each has 2 LAN ports & a wireless card and each machine can go onto the internet fine.
They are connected via cat 5e to each other using gigabit LAN.

I want to share files using gigabit LAN. I can share files fine but sometimes they start sharing via wirelessly rather than use
the fast gigabit cable.

How do I set this up so they will always share files between each other using gigabit LAN and go onto the internet using their own
WiFI cards ?

Its a routing, IP address problem I think.

One machine is Vista 64 the other is XP.

LIFE is so simple, if you know the reason of your existence at certain place. Treat every step as first one and trust god, friends, relatives and everyone.

Its a simple magic trick given to me by one friend also and I am at this stage  :love4u:
