I had a huge problem today, my PC constantly crashes whenever I browse or watching DVDs.

Yesterday, I found out that my PC is infected with 10 trojan horses and viruses.

I did the scan via AVG but the program caused my PC to crash whenever it detects something funny. :|

Is the formatting can solve everything or searh&destroy the virus and TH with the use of anti-virus program?

Thanks in advance.
