Hello Everyone,
I'm looking to purchase a sound system for my computer. I'm using a MSI K9A2 Platinum MoBo. MSI provides the following info:
•8 Channel software audio codec Realtek ALC888•Compliance with Azalia v1.0 spec. •Flexible 8-channel audio with jack sensing

I'm looking to spend around $100. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

i've seen these around LOGITECH X540 5.1 (SUB+5SPKS) and think i will take a closer look. i have not personally heard them yet but they are getting good reviews. such as http://techgage.com/article/logitech_x-540_51_speakers/3 . they are only six channel but they are in your price range.
look http://www.mysterybyte.com/index.htm?conte...de=sidepart.htm
or http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?...N82E16836121006 customer reviews here also
