I have a general PC question. Is it possible or a good idea to multi-task on my PC while running a virus scanner, or will it hang up? Also, can the same be said for defragging? Both take so much time away from doing work on my PC.

Any help/suggestions are much appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Daniel in Tulsa

I've done it. You might experience some stuttering or slow downs.
If I was seriously infected and trying to get rid of something I wouldn't do it.
some malware scanners we use in AII we recommend even turning off the AV or scan in Safemode

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
