I was told this was a type of virus, i am not that knowledgeable when it comes to viruses/spyware. I heard it from an old vent mate a while back that it was or something similar to this.. I can't contact him again so thought I'd ask you guys.

So is all these svchost processes normal? or do i have a virus and if it is, how can i fix it?

Here is a pic of what i am talking about, it's my processes.

p.s also what about that system idle process, i have no clue what that is either...so is that normal? For some reason i cant right click it.

It isn't necessarily a problem. There are currently 6 svchost processes on my computer.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
