internet explorer messed up

On my internet explorer, my url bar disappear. the only way i can access sites now is though google which is my home page. can someone tell me what i should do.

try dragging the adress bar down via the black arrows when they show when you hover your mouse near

Right click at the top of IE when it's opened and make sure address bar is ticked.

i tried that and i have no luck. would i be able to delete it and redownload it?

You went to View>Toolbars and 'Address Bar' is already ticked?

would i be able to delete it and redownload it?

If you are talking about internet explorer, no you can't delete it - actually maybe you can in XP, I'm not sure, but you can repair it. See :
