Sorry to everyone.
This report is an mistake. The PC which is fixed by Combofix is very well.
The new problem PC is another.

After all of steps in Thunder's post, WindowsUpdate is fixed.
But My Neighborhood still can't work.
I try to set another PC's IP as 192.168.0.1, and myself PC's IP as 192.168.0.2.
Then ping 192.168.0.1, there is no request sent back.
But when I ping my PC from another PC(ping 192.168.0.2), it's work.
I can see my share folder from another PC, but can't see another PC on my PC.
I try to reinstall network card driver, but no help.
My PC can use PPPoE to connect Internet now.

My system is WinXP-SP3

How can I FIX this ?
Thanx for help....
