recently a friend told me he'd recieved spam from my Facebook account, so I changed the passwords and set Avast to do a thorough scan of my internal hard drive. It came up with a few results, and was able to deal with most of them, but there are 6 that it can identify as malware, but can't move or find afterwards. I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on how to get rid of these?

The blanked out parts are just where my dad set the laptop default user to my real name. I hope that doesn't cause any problems.
