Welcome fattony to Bleeping Computer.

Download CleanUp!.
If that doesn’t work, use this link.
Don't run the program, we'll do that later.

***

Please download the Killbox.
Unzip it to the desktop but do NOT run it yet.

***

Download the Hoster from here. Press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK". Exit Program.

***

Open HijackThis.
Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =

O2 - BHO: PCTools Site Guard - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - (no file)

O2 - BHO: N.Cs4 - {E14DCE67-8FB7-4721-8149-179BAA4D792C} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsock.sys (file missing)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [radarspy] C:\WINDOWS\nwc.exe

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

***

Find and doubleclick the file cleanup.

Go to option
Select ‘custom’
Put a check to:* Cookies
* Prefetch
* Temp
* All users.
Press 'cleanup!'

Once it's done, press 'Close'.
Don't reboot or log off yet, press NO.

***

double-click on Killbox.exe to run it.
Put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot"
Place the following line (complete path) in the box in the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox:
C:\WINDOWS\nwc.exe
Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt. Make sure to reboot to save mode.
While your computer is restarting, tap the F8 key continually until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode, then hit enter.

***

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

***

Reboot the computer to normal mode.
Post back here in this topic with a fresh log using HijackThis and the logfile from Ewido.

Post back here in this topic with a fresh log using HijackThis and the logfile from Ewido.

That way I can check if everything is as it should be now.
