I got a problem when Windows loads. It'll go through the start up and it gets to the Windows XP logo with the green bar. After that, the monitor goes black and acts like the computer isn't turned on saying no signal. I've tried on 3 different monitors and each does the same thing. I've had different people tell me its the graphics card and others tell me its the memory. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me out.

Did you change or add system hardware, install any new applications, etc,. just prior to the problem showing up?

Please try booting into Safe Mode. We need to know if that is possible. That will help with the diagnosis. Do this: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/...al61.html#winxo

If you can boot into Safe Mode, you can invoke an earlier system restore point with this procedure from Microsoft to see if this resolves the problem.
