I think I have one of those viruses that downloads more viruses. I have Spybot S and D and it's unable to delete some of the viruses. I recently got a blue screen and was unable to get onto my desktop.

Please help me in this situation and what I should do. Thank you very much for your reply!

BSOD's are more often than not hardware or registry corruption instead of malware. We need to know the error message in it's entirety. If it keeps restarting, you need to turn off auto-restart

Open System Properties via Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System
[ System Properties may also be opened using the WinKey+Pause key combination ]
Select the Advanced tab and then click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section
In System Failure section, clear the checkbox next to Automatically Restart
Click OK and OK to exit

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

Darn, it was too late, I had to reformat my computer. I was stuck at the Welcome Screen with nothing else to do.

Thanks anyway.
