, your problem may be due to a malware infection. My suggestion is you download AdAwareSE, Spybot Search and Destroy and SpywareBlaster. Install them on your PC then update each of them from the internet (get the latest anti-virus update while your at it).
When they are updated reboot in Safe Mode and run the anti-virus and anti-spyware scans there. If you are not sure how to boot in Safe Mode there is a tutorial here: Safe Mode
