here is my build:

PNY 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)[list]
EVGA 512-P3-N975-AR GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
Western Digital Caviar SE WD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
530W Raidmax Powersupply
MSI P6NGM-FIH LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 7150 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

so i get 2 beeps from my motherboard and i checked out my P6NGM beepcodes and its AMI so i check that out and i get 2 short beeps.
which apparently means that It is a MEMORY PARITY ERROR or a POST FAILURE

Did you remove the modules...check for dust, etc. in the sockets...and then try the modules 1 at a time, in each socket?
