Hi, I'm a new member to the site and have found it a God-Sent since I started using it. I am by NO MEANS a computer expert so here goes my problem, hope someone can help.....

I just reinstalled/recovered my PC after really bad virus cornered me to do it. Everything is working well so far with the exception of Outlook 2003. When I try to add an email account I get this error message "The operation failed due to a registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall".

I tried to restart it, no luck. Tried repairing/reinstalling Win XP, no luck.

I have a feeling its a registry problem since I messed with it trying to get rid of the Malware using this site's suggested downloads.

Please help!!!
