I'm needing some advice on accessing a cd rom on a windows 98se the computer loads fine but when I try to use the cd-rom I get an error saying, F drive isn't ready access Denied or something along those lines. If I go to my computer F drive properties it say's everything is working correctly so why the error? Any ideas?
I would really like to be able to use my flash drive on it since I am just trying to remove some pictures but it needs drivers for that and I have no way to install them..No internet access for that computer and I don't have a 98 cd either...
Can anyone standing in the right direction ?.

Thanks,
Chris

Thanks for the information about the drivers and the floppy driveI will give that a try but I do have one more question if you don't mind . When it tells me to remove all drivers for USB flashed drives in device manager and drivers for any USB 2.0 controllers I assume that they are referring to the drivers that are under universal serial bus controllers ?
Under which is listed the following Intel 82371AB/EB PCI to USB universal host controller and USB Root Hub...

Am I supposed to remove the drivers for those ?

Thank you for your time and patience .
