Vista running slow, response time is sometimes up to 10 seconds, usually about 1-2 seconds.

I just finished getting rid of some Malware from my computer

Under task manager I'm running 63 processes, I also play WOW constantly.
So is there anything I can do to get my computer running fast without these lag problems?

I fixed the link you supplied because It led to a topic in a totally different forum not even relating to you problem.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

I'm just curious about your computer specs. Could you provide the information? I'm curious because I play WoW too and some times I have the same issue.
