Hello everybody! I just received a used laptop and I've run into a little snag. I have a username and password that accesses the computer but unfortunately it doesn't have administrator access. I don't know the username or password for the administrator account and I don't know what to do. Is there any way to get administrator access? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that any advice on how to find a password out is against the rules of this site regardless of intention, so I'm afraid I cannot give you any help on that

My only recommendation would be to log into Safe mode, and there should be another administrator account there from which you could make changes to your computer.
