hii,

my system's (both office & home) are infected with some kind of spyware/malware/virus ( dont know excatly)!
it entered through a pendrive of my frnd @ home pc & when i connected my USB hdd to my office system it entered to this system also !
suddenly my antivirus/takmanager/regedit disabled then i tried to log into safemode but badluck it was showing as drivers loading but restarts !!

(i have no trouble in logging as a normal user & administrator )

i tried RRT it enabled taskbar & rgedit ! but both of them closes as soon as i open them with in seconds!!
i tried some other tools also like MBAM,ATF cleaner... but of no use !!

is there any tool or antivirus which can get back my setting's to normal !!

thanks in advance !!

Please reboot the computer
Open MBAM and click Update tab, select Check for Updates, when done
click Scanner tab,select FULL scan
After scan click Remove Selected, Post new scan log for review, so we can see what you have

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
