S3GNB had cause the computer to reboot

My computer recently keep rebooting.. then it show a blue screen popped up and said that file S3GNB had cause the computer to reboot and that " the device driver got stuck in an infinate loop".
I also saw when i log in window, it show me that the computer have recover from serious error..
got 2 files - one is something call minidump and the others i forgot...

I will get to the screen where it ask you start window normally or safe mode.. but when i click one of those i keep coming backl to the same back.. the menu asking which mode... what wrong??

That is your video card driver.

Have you tried to load windows in safe mode?
After your bios screen goes away, Press F8 to load the startup menu and select "Safe Mode"
Once your computer boots, uninstall your video card driver from the device manager.
Reboot and see if it boots.

If safe mode does not work then there are other options but try that.

I not good at computer staff, go to safe mode and uninstall video card driver from the device manager >> this name: S3 Graphics ProSavageDD???

uninstall this will i be able to get it work??

i not sure it is the S3 Graphics ProSavageDD to uninstall??

The video card is located under "Display Adapters." You can safely uninstall the video card driver. The video card will still display an image without a driver.

After you do that, boot into normal mode and install the newest driver from:
http://www.s3graphics.com/en/resources/drivers/index.jsp
