The drive only opens after I press it a bunch of times, there is no set number of presses, and the drive reacts differently (different noises). It feels like I am trying to catch it in-between processes or cycles or something, like some weird timing thing. It is a TSSTCORP CD/DVDW TS-H552L

What happens when you right click on the drive in My Computer and select "Eject"?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
