wireless capibility turned off

hey my wrieless cant find any networks when i do the windows diagnosis it says it is turned on and i should move the switch to the on position.

the switch is in the on position and it still doesnt work, and the function button that i think has to do with wireless doesn't help either.
the drivers are fine. internet works when plugged in

how do i fix this?

enable wireless connection through your BIOS
