I moved from France to Brazil in October last. While in France, I used with no problems Password Manager (http://www.passwordsafe.com/), which I found indeed very useful and efficient. In Brazil, however, I cannot open this same site. Whenever - and wherever - I try I get the following error message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, you@your.address and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

For a while I though the site had been disactivated. Then I travelled back to France recently and, not in my laptop, I managed to open it normally.

suggestions on what to do? needless to say, I cannot contact Password Manager.
