Hello.

I just noticed that my My Documents folder in My Computer redirects me to C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\My Documents. I don't know how long this has been the case but I only realized it today. I don't really know how this happened or what to do to fix it as I can't change the path in the Properties :/

Hope the picture attached helps.

Thanks.

If you click on the Customize tab, can you change/move it from there?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

The customize tab only allows for the changing of the icon, not the path.

You can use Tweak UI, an official tool from Microsoft.

usasma may know of another way in the folder properties but Tweak UI has always done it for me. You need to find the "Special Folders" section of the tool. Be careful as this is a powerful tweaking tool.

I always prefer a good tool to a manual edit - that way it takes the worry out of each little keystroke.
TweakUI is a great tool - but I haven't used it in years.
