Are you trying to establish a second account? If so, that's against the rules here.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

That looks like the signup screen, as it wouldn't ask you for your "desired login name" if you're already logged in.

Unless that isn't the BC website?

But i can't see Security code confirm... why?? i sure my system have problem..!!!

beacuse when i check with PC my friends don't problem!!!

is that for java installing?? or something??!!

This may be the registration page for another website. Could you let us know which site it is?
The problem may be with the Javascript in your browser. Have you tried another browser (such as the free Firefox available here: http://www.mozilla.com )
