Hi, I am looking to build a comp with a amd 64 cpu. I am just trying to find out this whole front side bus deal. Some of the cpu's say it is integrated into the chip and gives no speed and others say 1000GHz. I was just trying to find out the difference and which one is better? Looking for some good advice

The higher the front side bus the better the performance. At the same time though your motherboard must be able to support these bus speeds. So if you get a 800mhz FSB processor, your motherboard must be able to support this.
