If anyone can help me I will be forever indebted. I have been getting a pop constantly everytime IE starts. It is running on windows server 2003. I am running windows firewall, I was looking through the add or remove programs and found a program called windoslive! It said tha additional features had been installed from its sponer and gave me the choice to just remove those, i chose to and then it said please enter the numbers on the screen to make ure you're human, after seeing previous advice from other messageboards i thought it was prbably a scan, but did unistall windowslive! However it hasn't stopped. The popups all have the words 'CiD' on the left side of the title bar. They link to a variety of different advertisment sites. If anyone could provide me with a way to get rid of them, they are driving me mad! and making my computer exxtremly slow :S Here is a summary:

1. Popup with words CiD in upper left of title bar appears when starting IE. (see attachment for screenshot of this)

2. Popup re-appears every few minutes. If I leave the machine and come back there will be many popups on the screen.

3. Guessing it was downloaded from windowslive! (kids, they just cn't resist!)

Here is what files have been recently created, and the general configuration of my computer.
