Im having trouble with multi-player game on msn game zone. I have done everything that msn has suggested. I have reinstalled game zone, I have even went so far as to wipe my pc completely and nothing works. It never seems to load the files to show the game rooms list in multi-player(hearts, spades...). I cant even download the files from game room, I have to go to a different page and install from there. I have deleted all heartbeat X files and everything....NO LUCK STILL. Im using windows me and have never had this problem playing games before now. Where the game rooms list should be there is just a blank blue screen that says <!--HBInstalled, and nothing else. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hello terrianne and welcome to BC

Go to this Java Test Page and this Flash Game (click on Play the Game) and post back and let us know if they work for you.

Just wanted to say Thanks to all who tried to help me with my game zone problem. I finally received an email from zmaster and it seems msn knew about the problem and were trying to take care of it (not being able to see rooms list for mult-player games). Shortly after that I tried again and it worked and has worked ever since. Thanks again for all the help, it was much appreciated. Teresa
