HijackThis log - Google redirect malware

My PC was recently infected with some type of malware that is causing search engines (Yahoo and Google) to return bad results (i.e. the links are redirected to adware sites). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

1. Download HijackThis™ here:

2. Click 'Do a System Scan and Save log'.
