I have had the vundo trojan for 2 days now. I have used avg, spybot, ad-aware, and superantispyware which have all found pieces of vundo and removed.

i then tried vundofix, fixvundo, and virtumondobegone...none of which detected anything!

most of the popups have stopped, but I am still blocked from pretty much all anti-spyware sites including this one (on laptop now). in addition, any of my antivirus or spyware programs are unable to update. i guess vundo can block all of these things?

here is my hijackthis log:

If ComboFix asked you to install Recovery Console, please do so.. It will be your best interest..

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a fresh HijackThis log in your next reply..

Note: DO NOT mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
